We are living through some truly chaotic times. I hope you and your loved ones have been spared from the devastation of the fires in LA and the cruelty of recent political events. It’s all deeply unsettling.
Here’s how I stay grounded in the midst of it all:
First, I commit to kindness. In times like these, keeping an open heart can feel risky—but it’s also incredibly powerful. Small acts of love and connection matter more than ever.
Second, I stay laser-focused on my purpose. Right now, that means:
1. Building a Pine Cone Home—a mobile initiative to bring climate change awareness to high schools.
2. Securing a 10-minute segment on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert—to highlight climate change activists and leaders.
To make this happen, I’m manifesting a Pod of 8 like-minded souls—a family committed to climate action. I know the right people are out there, and it’s only a matter of time before we find each other. If this resonates with you, let’s connect.
And if you’re feeling lost in the whirlwind of today’s world, I highly recommend Thom Hartmann’s daily podcast. Here’s a particularly insightful episode: Daily Take: Echoes of History – How Fascism Quietly Creeps In
The photo attached is from the Women’s March in Petaluma—where I was once again reminded of the power of women. I can hardly wait for the day they take the lead!
Peace & Love,
❤️ Jes
