I’ve been out at the Sebastopol Farmers Market promoting peace, tying purple armbands on willing arms and asking each person, “Do you promise to be nonviolent at upcoming rallies?” The response has been incredible—people LOVE being part of the Purple for Peace movement.

It’s truly a race against time. Will these peaceful demonstrations succeed before they become illegal? Think of it like voting: if more people had voted in 2024, Kamala Harris might be our president today. Every presence matters.

PLEASE join us! When the children ask where you were during these fateful days, you’ll want to tell them you were out there—fighting for democracy, nonviolently.
