History has shown us how fragile democracy can be. Have you ever wondered how the German people allowed the Nazis to rise to power? We don’t have to wonder anymore—we’re watching it unfold in real-time.
Hitler’s path to control began with the media, then the government and courts, and finally the streets. Sound familiar? The time to act is now.
I attended Representative Jared Huffman’s Town Hall last Thursday, and it’s clear that change won’t come from Washington alone. If we want to protect our democracy, it’s up to us—and that means taking action in the streets, now.
For now, the demonstrations remain non-violent, but that could change as our numbers grow and Trump feels more threatened. That’s why we must mobilize immediately before the situation escalates further.
Please sign up with Indivisible (https://www.indivisiblemarin.org/) to find out where you’re needed most. Every person counts. Every voice matters.
Extraordinary change is possible—but only if “We the People” rise up together with a clear, collective, and peaceful voice.
Thank you for standing up for democracy.
With Peace & Love,
❤️ Jes
