Dear Friends,
I attended a reunion in Oakland for Seed the Vote https://seedthevote.org/ volunteers who knocked on doors in Pennsylvania. I was expecting a somber crowd, given the election results, but everyone seemed to be upbeat and ready to do what needs to be done to take on the challenges ahead.
Briefly, here’s what I think Trump is up to … I really do think he wants to put an end to the Federal government, and replace it with a feeding ground for special interests … HIS interests. This is where you and I come in. We’ll need to fill the vacuum he’s creating before the scavengers have a chance to land. The window won’t be open for long, so we need to start planning NOW!
I’m hopeful. We are being given an opportunity to create a whole new world … a world that respects individuality and thrives on kindness, but this can only happen if we ALL participate. So join a group, any group, and let’s get going!
